With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Aziza Yuldasheva, former President of the Central Depository JSC of the Kyrgyz Republic and a distinguished leader in the financial markets, on 14 November 2025.
Aziza will be remembered as a wise and steadfast professional whose dedication profoundly shaped the development of Kyrgyzstan’s depositary infrastructure and strengthened confidence in the region’s financial systems. Her leadership in fostering international collaboration, facilitating knowledge exchange, and advancing best practices among central depositories across Eurasia left an enduring legacy that continues to inspire us.
The Chair, the Secretariat, and all members of AECSD extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues, and offer our full solidarity to the entire team at the Central Depository JSC of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Her wisdom, integrity, and unwavering commitment remain a guiding example for all who had the privilege to work alongside her.
